I am getting multiple requests for lives (4 at a time) from the same person. They automatically reload as soon as I accept. It doesn't allow me to bypass or not accept.
This is now fixed and an update for this is being rolled out!
Please make sure to update the app to the version 1.71 that has been released on all devices.
Check here if you need help with updating the app.
If you play on Facebook or via the Windows app on a computer the game updates automatically. However, if you keep experiencing this issue on these platforms, then clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you play on Facebook. On Windows 10, please make sure the automatic updates for apps are enabled.
Hi guys!
The mailbox seems to have some chewing gum these days as you noticed. The Lives do not get sent, nor the messages will get cleared from the mailbox.
Some of you are able to send out Lives and requests, but they are not going through the system.
This is being looked into and a fix for this will come in a forthcoming update of the game.
I will post any updates on this and when this is fixed as soon as I hear anything from the Candy factory.

But even with all of the friend lives request I do receive free lives myself.
I am showing 65 lives to send and it keeps going up. I try to send then turn game off then back on and it's all back again. I would love to clear these out.
Cannot send lives. Each time I come back to play, 15 send lives are still there.

I'm not getting free lives, everyone wants me to give them. All 75 of them. 😒
Are you connected to Facebook? Friends who play usually send them to you, or if not, you can ask strangers too when you've run out.
I cant even get 1 or 2 free lives or figure out how to send em.

Lives problem is a known issue.
Our technicians have now isolated the cause of the fault and are creating a fix which will be available in a game update, version number (1.171), coming soon.
Please make sure that you have your device set to automatically update apps, so it can be downloaded as soon as it becomes available.🙂
My ability to send lives is messed up. I check request to send a life, but it will only say accept. No send option

I know this has been brought up by numerous people but I can't find the posts to find a solution, so I apologise in advance for repeating what others have written. I get around 75 requests each time for friends (mostly the same friend as she's the only one who plays) to send her lives. What's going on please, and how can I remedy this? Giving her 75 lives every 10 minutes or so is ludicrous, not to mention, I only get one or two every so often.

This is a know issue that's been very trying for a lot of players. It is being addressed and the fix will be in an update as soon as it's ready. It's not ready yet, unfortunately. Hello @DianeRR - welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am not sure what you are referring to. Are you talking about messages concerning lives? If you are the studio is aware of the issue and are working on a solution that will be included in the next game update. You can read more about it here.
I am getting several requests for lives by one of my friends. She says she is not sending that many requests. I am guessing that the cache is not emptied when I accept them. What can I do to stop getting all of these requests?

I am sorry to hear that you both are having this issue in your games! Unfortunately, there has been an issue with "Sending and Receiving Lives" in Candy Crush game.
The Studio team already knows about the issue and trying very hard to resolve the issue and send a new update soon. But, unfortunately, it is taking bit longer than expected!

Every time I log in I receive life requests that I have already granted. I know they are not new requests so why is it not deleting them from my mail? Does multiple requests from a single player only allow 1 request per time so the others stay even though I have selected them?
