Sorry to know about your Problem on Unable to receive offers, Gift Boxes, Events and boosters.
Try Checking Your Internet Connection Speed. If it's slow then this must be the cause of it.
Try Connecting to Wi-Fi and Check whether everything occurs.

Why are lives to my friends not being sent? I have over 200 unsent lives in my box. It's been over a month now since lives have been sent. I click on to help my friends and the wheel keeps continually spinining with nothing being sent. I'm not the only one that has this issue, there are at least over 30 players with the same issue. And, no, it's not the internet speed. This happens everywhere I'm at whether at home, in a hotel, a friend's house......everywhere. What is going on and why isn't it being fixed?

There has been an issue with "Lives" and the "Envelope" in our favorite Candy Crush game! The Studio team already knows about the issue and trying very hard to resolve the issue and send a new update soon. But, unfortunately, it is taking bit longer than expected!

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
After reading what you wrote, the issues you are having must be because of weak internet connection!
Are you playing on a mobile device? You can try to reinstall the game and see if that improves the issue, because it usually does, and that is the best remedy when we are experiencing "No internet" issue!
BUT, please be aware that, you will be loosing all your saved up boosters with reinstalling your game!

Not able to receive my earned prize boxes in Candy Crush Saga. Tells me to connect...I am connected through my making acct. It is NOT an issues of slow internet speed. My high speed internet is functioning as it should. This happened.a few weeks ago, and the problem is on your end. Please fix it!
