I keep getting server error in the chocolate box,,and my profile pic keeps disappearing?My connection is perfect ???

  • I have the same problem on one of my devices. The other is okay. I'm looking into this as well.

    I suspect there is a problem with the King server, I have it with Dexter, this error message

    Y'all have any info on this new issue? I have it happening on my Fire tablet. The box is stuck on Claim Prize and when I open it I get what you see below. I've done every troubleshooting thing I can think of, I don't want to uninstall and reinstall and lose my inventory! Thanks in advance!

    For me, it only happens on the PC via Facebook. The Win 10 app is fine, and

    The Android device is also ok. Maybe the fault is with me on facebook

    I don't think it's you OR Facebook. Do you know if I happened after you claimed the reward on a different device and now your PC is stuck, like mine? I often have sync problems when going back and forth and have to clear cache; I blame the Amazon Fire for that. It didn't work this time. I just learned that the update this week was only for Android devices, the other platforms get it next week. I have looked at my laptop and it seems to be okay, but not synced with the other devices. Probly due to the update not being there yet. It's a mystery.

    It is possible that the problem has to do with collecting the reward on another system.

    I also have problems with the chocolate box. I have been able to do this several times without interruption in the Win 10 app. King has changed something, now it is no longer possible, it takes several days

    I think it needs to be reported. It's across different devices and not isolated to the mobile platform.

    Yes, I think it has to do with the completion... I was limited to one task per day for a bit, then they changed it to 3 per day which is what it was wheni first got it. I was good for several days, I'm not updated on the Fire because it wants me to uninstall it and I'm not doing that until I'm ready to lose everything. Amazon has their own game store and internet browser. I like Google and Chrome so I sideloaded them and the Google playstore. Problem with that is the updates have to be hunted and added manually with an APK file and I can't be bothered since I didn't have any issues. Now I do and I'm gonna fix it. So, adding up the fact that it needs an update and your PC hasn't been updated yet, as far as I know... 2+2=4?

    Crazy Cat said only Android devices have the update this week and the rest come next week.

    I was wrong, the laptop is synced with the phone. Both have 15 hours to go before the next quest can be completed. I got the Server Error message on my phone just now when I compared them. But it let me into the box, phew! It's the Windows 10 app. I stay away from Facebook as much as possible but use it to save progress. 2+2 is starting to add up to 5 now, lol
