When is King going to fix the connection issue? I uninstalled and reinstalled Candy Crush. Thank you for your issue causing me to lose all my lives and boosters. I earned them and now their gone. It's really annoying to play my game and then play with cartoons on level one. Please respond. Thank you

I'm not sure theres nothing there. If my wifi is on, I get cartoon friends. To fix it I have to log off, log on multiple times. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Lost 1000 lives and hundreds of boosters. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled Facebook. Also, if I use my laptop, I'm not on there same level as my Android. Is anyone working on the issue? Pictures attached are with WiFi on. No faces. If I log out, I will get cartoons.

There's two different issues here.
First one is this one here that I already posted.
The Server error. Do you get it when you open the Fantastic Five? Have you made sure the app is updated to the latest update?

I get it when I log in multiple times a day.
I have to keep logging in and out thru king and Facebook until my friends aren't cartoons anymore. I have to shut off WiFi. Everything else works on my phone except Candy Crush. I have updated everything. Because others have the same issues, I don't believe it's me or my phone. Thank you.
