I don't have to explain myself on how the Board was set. I didn't have anything to do with how it was set, especially now that the Free Board Reset was discontinued. If you want to see how I accumulated my Boosters, go to my YouTube Channel and watch my Candy Crush Saga Episode Videos with 15 Game Levels of non-stop play in each.
I am still working on the Prosperous Plains Episode Video Project. After I posted the paragraph above, I went back to it and got an answer to your question. I don't want you to doubt my Game Abilities. I took ScreenShots of how these happened. I won 6 hours of Color Bombs on Space Race. I don't know if this is what you want to know. To tell you the truth, you could have more than 4 Color Bombs in a game especially if you won competitions like I did. BTW, my Booster Bot was at its Maximum Efficiency. You don't lose your Color Bombs especially if you complete the Level on First Try each time. This is the fun part of it.

The Sugar Drops Feature has not been taken away. Currently, I am stuck on Level 6215 which is a Sugar Drop Level. I am not really sure why there are times when I don't get to collect the Sugar Drops in Sugar Drop Levels. I am a very observant person. I don't just play the game, I also observe what is happening and what is not happening in my game. I noticed that when I have the Gift Delivery Critter, the Purple Play Button and Watch An AD, Get Extra-Spin on Failed Levels is when my Sugar Drops were grayed out or has a Time-Stamp on the Pre-Play Page. This is just an observation. It could be a coincidence. Just to be fair, I don't want to accuse anyone of anything for that matter. I am still grateful for what I currently get.
Below are the ScreenShots of the Nightmarishly Hard Level 6152 that I played and recorded on 02-24-2020 at 4:42 PM with the Sugar Drops Reward. I am sharing this to be fair with King and the Studio Team. In this Level, the Purple Button was not there and the Sugar Drops Fraction is NOT GRAYED-OUT or TIMED.
