Cannot find the ID

Hi i was asked to find my personal ID number by going into settings etc in order for the helpful community to help with my game issues. But unfortunately am unable to find it. So please can any one find a way? .. Thank you..

Hi Crazy cat lad , i have found the ID .. I have posted to the candy crush team as requested.so my issue could b looked into.

But unfortunately i havnt had any reply. Please can some one look into the issue and hopfully solve as to why my extra booster wheel does not load and also am unable to get into the candy shop to buy boosters,which is makin me lose lives and levels unnecessary. :(
