Candy crush saga is stuck on loading on pc

hello. can someone help me what i have to do to be able to play the game on my pc? today i cant enter the game it is stuck on loading screen. on mobile it's funtioning normally??

    you still didnt helped me to rsolve the problem with playing candy crush saga on pc. before i had win 10 now i installed fresh copy win 7 and still same problem stuck and wont play. on other computer entered in to game and stucked on some level and wont play because of flach which is not anymore on chrome and something with html5 i updated chrome to the latest version and what do you want from me to do anymore please resolve the problem i dont have time for reinstalling windows because of your game!

    It looks like you have a Windows 10 PC @Zjankovic. I would recommend to play via the Windows app instead if the game won't load on any browser.

    Download the game directly to your computer from Microsoft Store here. Then connect the game to your Facebook account to sync the levels.

    The Windows app many times works better than playing on a web browser.
