I have been playing Candy Crush Saga for over three years, enjoyed competing with friends, and have spent a considerable amount of money via “store purchases” during this time period. Currently I am stuck on level 6343, and am ranked at 121.
For almost a month I have been trying unsuccessfully to:
1. Figure out why the booster wheel will not stop “loading” (unable to complete my well-deserved spin).
2. Access the “App Store” to make any further purchases.
3. Log in to my King.com account to register a complaint and/or learn anything from the game’s “community”.
Obviously these are serious issues, as I have found numerous results for all the above in repeated Google searches.
I am very tech savvy; it is extremely frustrating to realize that all the online “suggestions” from King.com, as well as from fellow players, have been a complete waste of my time and efforts.
Your customer support is shamefully inadequate, and should have addressed the above issues after such a considerable length of time. A very poor reflection on your company overall.
Please advise when I may expect prompt attention be made so that Candy Crush Saga is once again a fun experience. Surely you must agree that your vast customer base deserves immediate action. Would you not agree that without us, your company would not be successful?
I have NO build-a-bot and NO sugar drops anymore. I’m sorry to say this is not a “sweet surprise” in the throes of dealing with a truly earth-shaking event. What is a surprise is that you are doing this despite the thousands of negative comments about such changes. Unlimited lives for a few days does not make anything any better.
