Hi. My booster bot totally disappeared. Usually it does reset between Sunday and Monday.. it is already Tuesday. And I really need it. There is level 3187 to pass. What can be done for it to appear?

Why you removed built the boat and coins features.
After removal of built a boat and earning coins features I lost the interest in this game.
Please don't be so greedy.
I have NO build-a-bot and NO sugar drops anymore. I’m sorry to say this is not a “sweet surprise” in the throes of dealing with a truly earth-shaking event. What is a surprise is that you are doing this despite the thousands of negative comments about such changes. Unlimited lives for a few days does not make anything any better.

The problem has been reported to Game Studio and work is under way to fix it.

I have been playing Candy Crush Saga for over three years, enjoyed competing with friends, and have spent a considerable amount of money via “store purchases” during this time period. Currently I am stuck on level 6343, and am ranked at 121.
For almost a month I have been trying unsuccessfully to:
1. Figure out why the booster wheel will not stop “loading” (unable to complete my well-deserved spin).
2. Access the “App Store” to make any further purchases.
3. Log in to my King.com account to register a complaint and/or learn anything from the game’s “community”.
Obviously these are serious issues, as I have found numerous results for all the above in repeated Google searches.
I am very tech savvy; it is extremely frustrating to realize that all the online “suggestions” from King.com, as well as from fellow players, have been a complete waste of my time and efforts.
Your customer support is shamefully inadequate, and should have addressed the above issues after such a considerable length of time. A very poor reflection on your company overall.
Please advise when I may expect prompt attention be made so that Candy Crush Saga is once again a fun experience. Surely you must agree that your vast customer base deserves immediate action. Would you not agree that without us, your company would not be successful?
24 hours of unlimited lives is a nice thought. However, you’ve taken away the sugar drops and there’s no point in playing without the ability to earn boosters. Please give me back the sugar drops and I’ll skip the unlimited lives.
The sugar drop challenge is no longer in the game. The studio is working on updating the game and offering new events.
No sugar drops on here. Using my phone and not Facebook

With the free lives for the Coronvirus, I no longer have sugar drops. I use them as I don't have enough actual money to buy power-ups. Where are they? Are the coming back?
I just want to say how angry I am about this update - specifically the Build-a-Bot not working on previously-passed levels. I'm on level 6626, and enjoyed making it my weekly challenge to pass the new levels that came out, then return to previous levels to try to get 3 stars while I waited for new levels to come out on Wednesdays. With the Build-a-Bot change, the new levels are simply MISERABLE and some are nigh impossible. I'm not having fun playing the game anymore. Unlimited lives is ZERO help. I'm probably going to stop playing altogether. I played because it was fun. If it's not fun anymore, there's no point.
sugar drops been removed from game and build a bot only good on new levels now, does not work on previous levels.
