How do you get King games to sort out the problems you have? I have not been able to move on with Candy Crush Saga for months. Papa Pear has no sound and no rewards. Tried the help centre but no luck they just send computer problem solver which is useless.

@GingerbreadCarol list you problems in the support categories of each game on here and im sure someone will help you out. There are Communtity mangers, superstars and legends plus more that would try to help you. 😀

Candy crush saga I have three stars in every game but it will not go to the next level. Papa pear has no sound and no rewards.

for candy crush on mobile make sure your app is upto date and current version , sign out and restart your device. Re sign into candy crush and see if if this helps.
on pc, clear the cache of your internet history and . then sign out and restart your device. log back in. see if this solves your problem

My iPhone broke and i got a new phone and i lost all my levels on both candy crushes

EasterBunny Hills. Reached the last level. I play on Ing games on my PC I used to be on a much highr level but it would not go onto it so I started again and now this has happened
