I am still having trouble with the games. Candy Crush Saga will not move on to the next level and not getting any rewards. Pappa Pear not getting any rewards and no sounds. Please can someone help as the so called support is only a computer generated reply and does nothing to help. I have tried to down load the app to my computer but it tells me I cannot do this until the middle of May.Why?
