Getting extra moves for watching ads

Hi I’m new to this forum and hoping someone can help me. I used to get extra spins and free boosters by watching ads but I no longer get this option, but all my friends still have this and are now way ahead of me? I’m getting really frustrated. Does anyone know how I can get this back? I’ve been play Candy Crush for years and this is just unfair.

We would like to welcome you to the king community. Thank you so much for being willing to joining 🙏Currently the King has released a large number of new events & offers, and has shared it through a few groups. Not all events/ offers are for everyone. Before any change is implemented a randomly chosen group of players is selected to trial the feature, and based upon how the change is viewed king then decide whether the change is one they want to adopt or not. This feature has been rolled out to different players for a certain amount of time but not everyone will receive this.
If you not received AD that mean you are now not under the testing group.😥
However, you should check your App update, as App update may be one of the reasons for the problem.2 -

I don’t know how it could be because of this because my friends had this before me and they still have it. I have checked for app update but don’t have any outstanding 😢
It may be time for me to stop playing.

I too is facing the Same problem,, no extra moves through ads ,, which was very helpful,,, really disappointed & will like to opt out if such a thing is nt favoured .. as all the friends r passing the levels & clearing it which I m unable to do soo !! Plsss do the need fulll by providing ads & extra moves

AD video is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
However, in some cases the future may be missing for temporary problems.
Keep playing the game, you can get the future back again.

Currently I have been notified that by watching a video n possibly commenting or something like that I will be rewarded the ONLY catch is that I have to log into facebook to participate I don't ever have any of my games associated with my Facebook just simply a personal preference yet it sucks bc I am not able to get the chance to win their event/offer
