I just purchased a new phone. After I synced all apps I went to go to Candy Crush and I can not login. I never used facebook to login. I have two email addresses and I attempted both and it states "no account found for email" I spent a lot of money on this game and I was on at least level 850 and now I am back at 1. Where do I get a refund for all of my purchases. I have copies of my purchase history.
So you were using Kingdom to save your game progress and when you put the details in and its stating that this account doesn't exist? You're sure that you put a password in and set up the account?
I don't really think you can ask for a refund if you have already used the things you bought in the past!
