When I enter FB Gameroom, CCS starts up as normal but the I get a message

I've seen this message before. I'm running FBGameroom version 1.22.7235.32722

When I click on the "find out more" I get a "PAGE NOT FOUND"

Does support monitor these issues? Is anyone else having this issue? This is something that happened two days ago. I can access my current levels thru my Kindle and thru Facebook, but not thru Facebook Gameroom.

Hi @jpickett are you referring to Candy Crush Saga rather than CCFriends saga? You are in the Friends community rather than the CCS area. I’ve not got experience with game room but I know that a long time ago at a certain level on CCS we had to update our browser to HTLM5 to continue. I changed to using Chrome at that time. @Elsa do you know anything about game room ?

you will need to move to playing through facebook (not gameroom)or the win 10 app as game no longer updated on that format. alternatively you could use a mobile candy crush app
