I am getting multiple requests for lives (4 at a time) from the same person. They automatically reload as soon as I accept. It doesn't allow me to bypass or not accept.
This is now fixed and an update for this is being rolled out!
Please make sure to update the app to the version 1.71 that has been released on all devices.

If you play on Facebook or via the Windows app on a computer the game updates automatically. However, if you keep experiencing this issue on these platforms, then clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you play on Facebook. On Windows 10, please make sure the automatic updates for apps are enabled.

The mailbox seems to have some chewing gum these days as you noticed. The Lives do not get sent, nor the messages will get cleared from the mailbox.
Some of you are able to send out Lives and requests, but they are not going through the system.
This is being looked into and a fix for this will come in a forthcoming update of the game.
I will post any updates on this and when this is fixed as soon as I hear anything from the Candy factory.

Please Check this useful page where you can see how to request a refund depending on the device you play on.
If you play on mobile and want to contact Player Support, the best way then is to email directly from the game.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Don't forget to add your Game User ID to the email so Player Support will find your game.

This kind of problem was in the game for a few days. However, the latest update fixed the issue.
I'm asking you to check the steps below.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

My question is shouldn't we be able to delete life request? I have people who always ask for lives and yet never send any. My inbox stays full from one individual sending life request. Can we turn that feature off or do they just keep building up in the inbox? I have over 30 plus life request from them already.
I’m having the same problem! I deleted the app and redownloaded it, the problem went away temporarily but it’s back now.
What’s the deal you guys still have not fixed the issue with sending lives
I always go in and send lives to those who asked. However they will not go away. No matter how many times you send them, they are always there when you log in. I have tried one at a time, check, send, close and reopen and still there. Getting annoying.

How come I cannot give away free lives when my friends request a life???! This has been going on for about a month when is this going to be fixed?
Why are lives to my friends not being sent? I have over 200 unsent lives in my box. It's been over a month now since lives have been sent. I click on to help my friends and the wheel keeps continually spinning with nothing being sent. I'm not the only one that has this issue, there are at least over 30 players with the same issue. And, no, it's not the internet speed. This happens everywhere I'm at whether at home, in a hotel, a friend's house......everywhere. What is going on and why isn't it being fixed?
