Lost my place in the game
I am so mad, I was in the high 400’s in the game and now it sent me back to level 1. I have been signed in with my email so it is supposed to remember where you are in the game. I had so many gold bars and boosters and now have to start again ? Why ? Can this be fixed ?

I'm sorry you have the problem. Please play level 1 again and update your game and clear the cache and restart. See if you are logged in correctly and are also correctly connected to the internet or WiFi.

Did you saved the game through Kingdom earlier?
If so, you will get game progress back if you log in with the same Id.
If this is not the case or you cannot recover the old Id then follow the steps below.
Create a new Facebook or Kingdom Account then connect the game.
Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
