Hi,
I have purchased a new iPad. I backed up the old iPad to iTunes and then restored the data onto the new iPad from back-up. The old iPad wasn't backing up to iCloud as far as I'm aware.
I was on approx level 3,500 in CC and have now reverted to level 6 on the new iPad!
I have set up a load of other stuff on the new iPad so am reluctant to copy across the back-up again. I deleted the app off the old iPad.
I didn't sign up by email or Facebook (as far as I'm aware) so am at a loss as to how I'm supposed to retrieve my progress.
I'm thinking I'll have to give up as I'm not going to start from the beginning. A real shame after making so much progress. It's a good way to chill at the end of the day.
Any ideas or suggestions welcome.

If you didn't connect the game to Facebook or a King account with your email, then the game is not saved on our servers.
When using iTunes or iCloud to transfer the game it's saved on Apple's tool and you will need to contact Apple for help since it's their backup tool.
If you still have access to the game on the old device, please connect it to a King account with an email and then log in to the same account on the new device.
If you no longer have access to the game on the old device, then create a King account in the game on the new device first. Then let me know your Game ID and I will manually restore the levels for you.
