Hi can anyone tell how to make a complaint as this game has cost me money this week by not connecting to the store when it should and not allowing me to use my gold to play on etc
when buying good to play on it’s coming up it can’t connect so restart game then the gold is there.
again trying to use gold to play on and again can’t connect to store restart game and having to play the level all over again.
im finding this very frustrating.
Hello @Philblue55 and welcome to our wonderful King Community! I am sorry you are having this problem. Are you referring to things like your daily calendar boosters or the daily wheel spin? They have been changing the look of the game so now your inventory shows up when you click on your avatar/icon, instead of your backpack. Have you double checked to make sure the items haven't been added to your inventory?
If they are indeed missing - sometimes these steps can help:
Clear your cache
Make sure you have the latest version of the game
Turn your device off for 10-15 seconds then turn it on again and restart the app. Hopefully this will clear up the problem. If you still are having problems - please comment here and we will try and help you further.
