    Thank you so much, yet it still doesn't answer my question. The first step in the link you sent me says to 'back up progress', yet i dont know how to and my original question stands.

    If have you playing any King's Game with using new device

    If yes, that means you should open any King's Game and connect on Facebook or King Account with old device first, then you use new device to open any King's Game and connect on Facebook or King Account again. So I hope you can understand it and can't lose your progress.

    @Lim,

    Thank you again. I have Candy Crush on my old device, which has a lot of progress. I made a King account on that device and then I used the same account for Candy Crush on my new device, yet, my progress was not saved.

    Then you make sure your email is correct, write your full nameAfter that, you choose a game is "Candy Crush Saga", you choose a topic is "Problem with my game" and subtopic is "Game didn't save". (Here is my example as below) 👇

    Finally you tell them "Why are you asking this problem?" and click on "submit".

    So you wait for Community Team (but it has taken longer) until their team will answer and help you about this issue/problem while you receive your email. 😊
