Facebook Friends
Hello, I have and account that I made using my email. After about a year I logged in, I was able to recover my progress but I cannot link my Facebook account which has the same email I used to create my Candy Crush Saga account. How do I link it to be able to receive lives since none of the friends on my profile respond to my request.

To sync the game between the Kingdom and Facebook, you must have a PC.
- Go to this page: https://king.com/games
- In the top-right corner, click "Log in" (If you are already logged in, it will say "Settings", in which case skip the next two steps)
- Log in using your King account username and password
- In the top-right corner, click "Settings"
- Choose the option "Account", then down at the bottom select "Score and progression sync"
- Select "Sync progress" and you will be asked to log in to your Facebook account.
And that's it! Your progress will be synced across both your King and Facebook accounts.
Please note: your progress and Gold Bars will be synced across all accounts

Same issue as L2S
logging in as described, I’m just told everything is synced, so no Facebook connection option.
in game on IPad I can’t connect to my FB account, logging out only log my in automatically to my wife’s FB
however on my mobile it works with my own FB, progress saved...but it’s a bit more fun to play on the iPad, so how to fix the issue ( have deleted and re-installed the game

@chiefone this is something to do with the way the game data is stored on ipad. if someone else has logged in it automatically retrieves there data. I have seen this on facebook were a partners game got messed up with theres. On facebook you just clear the cache history to the beginning of time and sorts the problem. not sure on ipad if there is a way to clear all game data unless you playing through a browser.

I'm having the same issue. My candy crush app is currently linked with my email address and I want to connect it to my Facebook account so I can ask my FB friends for lives, however, there is no option to sync it with my Facebook. It just says that progress is sync with the email. There's no other option to log FB info in.

I tried it sweetheart. The problem is, I'm currently playing level 3202 and it is synced with my email address. When I log it out, game level resets to level 1. I'm not sure if there's a way I can save the game progress with my FB account and email address simultaneously. :)
