Fantastic Five does not appear in my Power Ups.

Do I have to be. A certain level in order to have Fan 5? Or maybe have more friends?

Once you log in to the game, you will not find the Fantastic 5 on your Power UPS. When your game is regular, that means it will come back by playing a level.

Hi @dipallot, I don't know if it is the same now, but when they started rolling out custom teams you needed to be at level 91 or above. Check out the Important information HERE
