Thank you so much!! This is the second time this has happened to me so it is very frustrating. Yes I did contact customer support also. It happened when I set up an account to save my progress so I didn’t lose it again.. go figure! My account number is 10535192458. I was on level 1687 and had a number of booster and coins. Now when I go on it is level 83 and no boosters at all! I am very grateful for any help you can offer. Thank you so much

I could see that the game was saved two times earlier on two different accounts, but no valid email was entered on those accounts. Therefore the game kept getting lost.
The game is now saved properly with your email j*.so***on@***mail.com.
I have restored the game to level 1687 and send you some Boosters for the lost items.
