My Candy Crush app won't load.

I recently updated the app on my Samsung Galaxy Tab and now when I click on the app it loads and I can see the orange screen that says King the it crashes. I have tried clearing cache and force stopping it. I am not deleting the app cause I have tons of boosters.

The game will not now start on my Galaxy Tab 2 tablet. It shows the orange screen and then goes back to the home page??!!

Please check this troubleshooting steps.

Make also sure that you have at least 2 GB of free memory on the device. The RAM needs to be at least 1 GB and Android version Android 4.4.4 or higher.

Plenty of memory. Android version is 4.2.2 and is up to date.
It has always worked okay on that version.

Please update the device to Android 4.4.4 or higher. Any lower versions are no longer fully supported. Android 4.4.4 is a system from 2013 and can still support the game, but all older Android system cannot run the game on all devices or at all times since they are almost 10 years old.
On iPhone or iPad you will need to have iOS 8 or later version installed.

Ok many thanks. I will try to upgrade the software on my Galaxy Tab 2 to a more up to date version.
