Game not loading/ crashing on Amazon Kindle tablet!

Since the most recent update many of you may have had issues with the game loading or crashing on Kindle Fire tablets.

This is under investigation, but to help us to find a solution ASAP, please post the model or serial number on this page so we can identify which Kindle models are experiencing the issue.

How to find the model or serial number?

  1. Going into your device’s Settings menu.
  2. Find the Device Info option and tap it.
  3. The model number/ serial number should appear along with things like the MAC Address and other info

    Thanks guys for all the model numbers!

    The Game Team has now found the cause of this issue and is working on a fix.

    No further model or serial numbers are needed since the issue is identified already.

    I will give you an update when we know when the fix will be live.

    Good news! The issue has now been fixed.

    Please update the app to the latest version (1.178) and the game should be back on track.
