Game not loading/ crashing on Amazon Kindle tablet!

Since the most recent update many of you may have had issues with the game loading or crashing on Kindle Fire tablets.

This is under investigation, but to help us to find a solution ASAP, please post the model or serial number on this page so we can identify which Kindle models are experiencing the issue.

How to find the model or serial number?

Going into your device’s Settings menu.
Find the Device Info option and tap it.
The model number/ serial number should appear along with things like the MAC Address and other info

Good news! The issue has now been fixed.

Please update the app to the latest version (1.178) and the game should be back on track.

The Game Team has now found the cause of this issue and is working on a fix.

No further model or serial numbers are needed since the issue is identified already.

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?

Most of the time my game is disconnected
I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏
My entire inventory is gone!
What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
