Can't link my existing king account to Facebook

I am playing on Android via Kingdom app and after one of the updates all Facebook buttons dissapeared. My account settings on King.com says You have already syced your progress. If I play on Facebook on it starts from level 1.
And if I go to my account via desktop then check setting it says already synced your progress

Thanks for your support but i am already tried that the problem is iam already have a king account and need to sync my progress to Facebook so i can play with my friends with the same progress but when i signed into the game by Facebook after signing in with king it back me from beginning level 1

My guess is you probably synced the Kingdom with another Facebook.
A PC is required to complete the sync process. There may be an error trying to sync in the mobile browser's desktop mode.
However, Have you used the same email on both accounts?

Yes it was synced to a deleted account,
My new Facebook account use the same mail as king account

But if you asked about the two Facebook account email, the two mails for accounts are different

However your levels can be manually restored to your new Facebook if you wish.

The reason why the sync on King.com don't work is since the King account have already been synced with a Facebook earlier.
You can only sync one Facebook account with one King account.
I have manually restored the game to level 1380 on your new Facebook now!
