Unable to connect to App Store on Candy Crush

I keep getting a message saying I am not connected to Facebook when I attempt to access the App Store to gain extra moves in a level that I have not passed. I have never been connected to Facebook with my account. Is this a new requirement that we have to be connected to Facebook?

Exactly, the game gets stuck on loading when the game ends and I want to purchase extra moves and/or spin the wheel for extra moves. This is not an internet connection problem. I have tried my iPad at several different internet sites and the same issue continues. It tells me I need to sync with Facebook but I don’t play the game through Facebook and never have, nor will I play that way.

@bestsocialworker Heya! Welcome to the candy crush community!! And yes this seems to be an issue for a lot of people. Hopefully they come up with a solution. But reinstalling the app and syncing they say that because for some people this has worked but for others it didn’t. 🦋🍭💫

@bestsocialworker At present there is a known issue with this for many people, also has no definite fix at present. If you experiencing this after the reinstall best you can do is put your Game ID in the post below. Think you will need to be patient though as this seems to be an issue for many unfortunately
