i think that happened due to some error or network problems (which happens at times)
u cud report the problem to the community team and game experts.

Have you lost all of the inventory/booster on this game?! Oh No! 😢
How about you must check "Why have I lost all my collected boosters" by Community Team. (Any King's Games)

⚠️ So please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️
1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device!
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
We do not replace items and help you to return all of your inventories and boosters that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. 😊

In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.
According to your statement, I think your game app was crashing.
Here are some tips for not/less facing this kind of problem in the future,
Make your device software auto update.
Make your game app auto update.
Don't open game when battery below 25%
Don't accept incoming call when you playing this game.
Close all background running app before start this game.
Make free device internal memory up to 2 GB
Keep RAM free.
Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.
