Unfortunately, Crazy Cat Lad will not be able to help out in this particular case. Because, @ZoeWalt has not saved her game before.
The Community Managers will be able to restore our levels ONLY if we have already saved our game before.

Now, since it has been 5+ days, what I would suggest you to do is -- open the "Automated email" you have received as an acknowledgement. And send a reply to them that you are still waiting for their assistance.
You will definitely hear from somebody within next 24 hours. If by any chance you still have not heard from them by Friday, please post back here and let me know.
As you know, due to the pandemic, there have been too many players having issues with purchases! And any purchase issues need to go to the same "Player Support Team". They must have been too busy with these and might have kept the other tasks in a different pile, as "money matters" need to be dealt first, which is understandable.
But, please do not loose hope and as I promised above, you will get back your level progress. Just a matter of time 💜

I followed your instructions and found the following Game ID; 11683369346.
I appreciate you trying to help restore the game for me but would not be surprised if this ID won't help; keep in mind, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game a couple of times....not sure the ID would relate to the original game.
Also, as I am technologically inept, my account may be associated with one of three emails, which I provide, if necessary.
As I said in a previous post, it was good while it lasted (if there's no success with this)

Can you please “EDIT” your comment and remove the email addresses you wrote? It is not safe to write them here as this is a public forum.
If our @Crazy Cat Lad needs your email address, he will contact you in a personal message, and then you can give the email IDs to him as it is a private message and no others have access to it.
