Hi. My profile picture n longer appears on my Candy Crush icon. It’s a blank silhouette. Please help!

Please check it again today. I had a similar problem yesterday where my picture was gone and only avatar pictures were showing which I had never set on my own. Today it's back to normal so it could have been something going on in the game yesterday.

Hello,@Dana_Lazechko! Was your device connected to the internet? Your device needs to be connected to the internet in order for your picture to display. Hope this helps you!

My picture has also been replaced by an Avatar on my phone. Deleting and re-downloading the app solved the issue temporarily but the following day it happened again. Yes I am connected to the internet and my picture is still there on my iPad- the problem is only on my phone. Please help

Do you have an iPhone? Then I'd recommend trying out these steps to reconnect to Facebook.
