I’ve just logged in to play and it’s taken me back to level 1 and wiped my profile I’ve been playing this game for several years and was in the high thousands and spent £100s over the years , what’s going on? It was fine a couple of days ago

it had disconnected from Facebook so reconnected as I usually would and no still a brand new profile like I’d never played before

@lisajoy08 Post your game ID on here and level you were on and @Sukanta_Biswas can get you game checked and may be able to get your levels manually restored if you tried the above process with no joy

If you have the game Facebook connected, don't forget to make sure that the game has access to your Facebook since this permission will automatically expire from time to time.
