Every week I get jipped out of my fantastic five rewards. King usually reimburses me for what I didn't receive but this is a weekly thing and this week they said they reimbursed me but they didn't and are now ignoring me. I buy every piggy bank. I'm a loyal player and this is how king treats me. I've had it!

As far as hearing back from Player Support, please be patient, with so many people at home - there is a much higher demand on their time and they are working as hard as they can, but it may take a few days to get a response.
Hi Tricia, try again later or tomorrow if you didn't receive as I suspect it may be delayed. Anyway, hope you are able to continue your game. if you are stuck at a level, let me know the level and I'll try my best to help you, no guarantee you will pass though because the game also requires some luck.
