Need help getting back to the level I was on

I changed phones. How do I get back to the level I was on before I changed phones. I was in the thousands. I don't want to start over. Please help

Is your app up to date? Have you cleared your cache and cookies recently and logged in & out of your profile recently. If not try those steps to try and resync your device 💪🏻
