What is the latest on resolving the above issue, when will the game go back to normal so we can continue playing where we left off.
I'm not happy, after years of playing I feel like I've been kicked in the teeth.

After playing Candy Crush basically every day for 4 years and being on Level 6273 all of a sudden you can't continue the game and nobody seems to be able to help me. .
