Lost my lives

Hello,
I've lost my lives for the second time within a week, last week it was just before the beach games and I log in today and my lives have gone again. And now that I'm thinking about it, this happened another time around three-ish weeks ago because it coincided with me not receiving the reward for Dexter's challenge, which customer care still hasn't got back to me about. This is really starting to grate on me alot. I get that this will happen every now and again but not this frequently. This feels like something else that is taking the fun out of the game. Just like having no Dexter last weekend, a new event that is not a level playing field for everyone, even in the calender you used to get a free hand switch on day seven but not anymore (only the colourbomb and stripe/wrap booster pops out of the presents now), and just the numerous side events that enabled us to earn free boosters being taken away. I'm just losing my patience with this game. End of rant lol.

@brightstar1 Hi and welcome again. hope you were glad to get your rant of your chest, helps sometimes and good it was done in a nice way unlike some. Feel for you i got lucky and won beach contest but did not think i would. Prefer dexters challenge challenge and hope its back soon. As for lives i think you got all the info last time so i wont bore you with all that stuff, but it is good not to store to many lives as this can happen

Very sorry to hear about your loss of lives again. But as you already aware of the issues related to lives.
Regarding your concerns about boosters and new features not offering new boosters in a good value. I agree with you i am also suffering with this. Now i also dont have any chance to earn UFO. But i believe in the system and hoping that soon it may turn around and things will be better. Hoping positively is the best remedy.

Hi @Freddy_Falkner and @aijaziqbal, thank you for your responses and understanding my need to vent a bit. Something I'm curious about is do you think part of the reason we lose lives with candy crush is due to how many people play the game? Because I used to play a match three game where requested lives never disappeared from the envelope. So I always wondered why they could manage it but not candy crush. Though that game definitely didn't have the same number of players. Here's hoping things get better soon.
