1198747136 I have all the things described in this topic. It is account related, not computer or Apple-ID related. I can't use my goldbars, not on my phone, not on my I-pas, not on my laptop, not on my PC. With advices like clear your cache, restarting, updating I'm not helped. As from level 2000 ( actually I'm on 2805), it a money pit, so I expect at least that this thing works. Solution requested.
I have tried all of these things. I am not technically really good with these issues, but I have tried signing in and out of the game on both the IPAD and the Iphone X. Someone told me you have to do all these things on a computer. My ID is 1178992524. Again, my issues are:
cannot sync iphone and ipad - different levels of candy crush on each one. This just started - they used to sync.
cannot get extra moves - no button to request - spinning "contacting ap store" constant
no button to stop booster wheel
cannot access store to purchase things like lollipop or any of the boosters - not even an option
So frustrated. Thanks for your help. All of this stuff just started within the last week or so. Never had a problem before.
Don't know how to clear cache so didn't try that.
