Wheel and Extra Moves stuck on loading/ connecting

Id 1673958216 i cnt buy with my gold bars, extra moves extra blasts it get stuck on contacting store, i have tried the steps that were listed

Game ID 13308064021. "Contacting app store" whenever I try to buy extra moves or boosters. I have tried rebooting laptop, signing out of Facebook, clearing cache. Not having this problem with other accounts on same laptop. Please fix.

The issue on this thread is regarding an issue on mobile devices back in 2020.
