Reset / clear cache data from app store - check app update - log out of game - restart device - open game and log in.
@Philblue55 Hi and welcome. Please check for a game update and log out and restart your device then log back in see if this solves your problem.
Please be aware there is a problem also with the graph so check your team scores match the graph as if they do not you will get your reward but at a delay and when you team reaches the required score as it is counted in the background when graph is faulty
For any missing reward please contact customer support from your game and they will assist you with your problem

Can you please show us the screenshot of your completed F5 score.
At the moment there is a graphic error with f5. As simetimes it shows 7000 achieved but manually if you add your team score it will not be 7000 so i would recommend you to keep playing although the problem is in graphical show but nothing wrong with calculation so once you reach the actual target you will get your reward.
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
