Why is Top That missing from Android only for the last 2 weeks?

Sync FB/King
I want to sync my candy crush progress from Facebook to king account as I cannot log in on Windows app with FB credentials (reason - not supported browser). I dont have in menu Sync progress as mentioned in similar posts

There is no synchronization between Facebook account and King account. There is no synchronization option in neither Windows application nor browser nor mobile application.
