I got ripped off with an error & a box sayin don't uninstall. I should of got my 10 gold bars & 25min of boosters which i busted my butt for to use on the nightmare super hard level & bein at almost level 14k these r rough to pass. Can i still get it to use for next login?

In Game store not loading
The InGame store is not loading and it is stopping from buying boosters when needed tried restarting phone and re installed game as well but still not working

Not getting the option to seperate my king account from my facebook account.
So I always sign in on candycrush using my facebook accoutn and now I want a seperate King account, but when i go to accountns and help on any of my devices i dont get an option to add an email.
