  • they are not fixing anything. I’ve now lost all my gold and friends as well and just get a canned response from support. Im left to assume king just wants everyone to buy stuff when they do they stupid updates.
  • I had repeatedly connected my account to my Facebook account to save my progress over the past week. Today I had to upgrade the Candy Crush Saga app, and although my progress and my gold are available, the rest of my inventory was reset to zero. Can this be solved somehow so I can get my inventory back?
  • ah I’ve been playing on my phone and I think you answered the question the upgrade actually uninstalled and reinstalled the game 🫤
  • Have been having the same problem for a few days. Reloading game does not fix the issue.
