Al i get is a connecting circle. But neverconnects to the store. Which is very annoying becuz am unableto buy boosters or connect to the spin .. in order to complete levels or save lives. Please help!

I have been too the pink cog and al i have is settings the only include ..how to play... notification.. and features.. sound on and off .. and My Profile .. wen i click onto my profile it only gives me an option to change pic or a ? ..which takes me to candy crush community.Please helpThank you
