Wheel and Extra Moves stuck on loading/ connecting

I tried many times but can't able to use my gold bars and also wheel of extra moves is not responding.i can't buy boosters and extra moves. So I'm not able too complete my levels
Net can work properly game and progress all can connect. But store and wheel of extra moves isn't responding so please help me out as soon as possible

If any of you are playing the game through king.com then they are not going to work. These are glitches that everyone is aware of but it's a game that is still "Flash" based. By the end of this year Adobe will no longer be supporting Flash and that is why the studio has switched the game to HTML5. You have to play through Facebook and I think there might be a new glitch on Facebook at the moment. I am keeping my eyes open here to see if anyone new is reporting this. Facebook has had 3 glitches in the past year and King cannot fix those. We have to wait until Facebook fixes them. If you are playing on a computer and have Windows 10 you can connect your King account to their game app. If you are playing on mobile and have been playing through Facebook please open a King account by following the steps from here.
