Wheel and Extra Moves stuck on loading/ connecting

Al i get is a connecting circle. But neverconnects to the store. Which is very annoying becuz am unableto buy boosters or connect to the spin .. in order to complete levels or save lives.

I can't connect to buy anything. Also the spinning wheel has no stop button to get any prizes. Not happy.
