I got 2 error messages when playing Level 981 -It would not load and I lost 2 turns

Level 972 Candy Crush Saga
Object 12 yellow candies and of course points-If you use a color bomb with a blue or green striped candy, you will not get 12 yellow candies to win the level even if you have the points-so dont use color bomb with one of the striped candies above

I am not gettting the +3 moves from friends for over a week now-I see they have sent them however I do not receive them
