I would love to know how to get rid of the black licorice from coming down as even hammers don't help as another licorice drops in the exact same spot. All you're doing is wasting hammers. Been on this constantly for days & not even close. Wish I could get a board as shown in youtube with only two colors!!!

I would also like to know why 1 video has 23 moves uncovered middle long before most of ours was even out. The next video had 20 moves uncovered middle. etc. Mine has only 18 covered middle. Why do you tube videos show more moves than what I'm allowed.
I've noticed this on so many occasions. This is totally unfair. We should all have the same opportunity to pass levels. Level 2959 shows 28 moves on youtube, I get 18. Not only do I lose 10 moves but I don't get to see how others have passed this level with the same amount of moves. I have asked this before & never had the…

I am having loading issues
If I have lives waiting I can't load.When I retry I can load but lose the lives & the ability to return lives to friends. Have done all the troubleshooting & have no other loading issues with any other games. Contacted support...don't know why! No help there.
