I spent 10 gold for extra moves and the game froze. Reported it to support but got a canned response from ai. How do I get the 10 gold back?

Any clue on how one might tackle this level with no boosters? My view is that it’ll take adjacent color bombs plus luck/some hammers. Not fun.
in level 4003 destroy pie and have bombs showing on bottom but they don’t drop to the field. Really limits points earning.

4010 seems to be impossible without playing scores to hundreds of times throwing boosters at it.
