Again, I won a free booster. And again it's not there! This has happened multiple times. When I win a booster and go back to the game, it's not there! This time it was the Color Bomb for an hour, but alas, no Color Bomb booster!!

missing lives........again!!
First off, I lost ALL my lives a few weeks ago! NOW, every time I log on, the number of lives changes!! First it's 30, then it's 8, then it's 4! WTH is going on?!! I can't even accumulate any lives! I also lost most of my "friends"!!! This is getting ridiculous!!!!

I know this may be a dumb question, but, how do I update my game? I've lost all my lives and I'm not getting any new ones. They tell me to make sure my game is updated (on my computer) to ensure I have the latest version (1.182).. How do I do this?? Thank you.
