Why are there bots in your game? You do realize some people pay money in this game. So that is stealing from us. And before you say there are no bots, there are. I wish I never spent any money on this game.

Cannot mute some ads
Please fix this issue! I have my device sound off and have muted the game in settings but some ads still play at high volume with no option to mute. This limits the places I can play and is very annoying when listening to music or podcasts. Example of the type of ad here:
