ON 11/12 I ordered a items from Candy crush soda saga for 21.09. it did not receive item. when i tried to purchase again it said i already purchased. then to my surprised i wasn't charged just once but twice for a total of 41.18 for digital boosters i never received. I EXPECT A FULL REFUND PROMPTLY

Why when multiple friends send lives and I accept it only credits one life. for instance, 4 friends sent me live but when I accepted I only get 1.

After all these years of playing candy crush saga I am giving it up. I have mentioned many times that randomly my profile changes to I don't know what. I lose things I have paid for and earned. I can't be bothered anymore trying to get this fixed.
I had a level winning streak of over 300. I think it was around 345 and I was in the middle of a level it refreshed and now my streak is completely gone. I’ve put way too much money into this game in order to not lose my streak to lose my streak, please fix it.

I paid 5.99 plus tax (6.35) for this and the money came out but I never received it. When I tried to buy it a second time it said I already owned it but I never received it.

I just noticed that I am being overcharged. No idea how long this has been going on but today I made a package purchase for 19.99 which I have done frequently and noticed I was charged 53.09. I am extremely upset about this situation.
The game said I missed one day. And if I want to continue, I have to pay 9 gold bars. I paid even though I'm sure I haven't missed a single day!
